Monica seemed a little upset that they couldn’t quite get everything she wanted done done due to the excessive amount of pet hair, but my house hasn’t been this clean over 5 years. I came across this service at random, and to be frank last minute. As soon as I called the representative I spoke with was patient, friendly and thorough. She walked me through all services and helped me navigate all that would be best for me without being pushy! Upon arrival, Shalonda got straight to work! I have a industrial loft with mid high beams, I could eat off of them after she got done! The attention to detail she had made me feel beyond comfortable and left me questioning if I’m as clean as I thought I was! Not only did Shalonda come with a positive attitude and prepared, she went above and beyond. I absolutely loved the service I received! I loved the energy and immediate follow up after her departure! Very nice people, they did a great job. And even asked if they could help In another capacity. They did help bring into house a heavy mattress topper that I could not lift myself. Genuinely nice.

Maid Service was exceptional well. They arrived early and stayed late. I was only planning to use them one time but decided to use Eliteness Cleaning every 2 weeks. I think they are under priced for the value they bring.

M-Jay is amazing as well as Kimberly. She spent 8 hours at my house for a deep clean!!! She put up my kids toys she did way over above and beyond what I needed. She did amazing totally worth what I paid!!!!! I will be using them going forward!!! Best service ever. M-Jay always follows up and answers no matter what that to me speaks volumes he cares about his customers for sure….Super nice people and very customer friendly I recommend them 💯!
